Where to stay

Accommodation is booked individually. These hotels offer wheelchair-accessible features and are our suggestions only. Accessible rooms are limited, so book early and confirm with the hotel exactly what you need, for example a roll-in shower or extra space beside the bed. Distances are by road, according to Google Maps.

Our tip: the city-centre hotels (Westin, Sheraton, art'otel) are the closest and have the most restaurants around them. Novotel and Hotel Magdalena are handy if you arrive by car.

Eat & meet

The HoB complex has shops, cafés and places for a quick meal, and there are restaurants just outside the complex. These places are suggestions only; please check opening hours and accessibility yourself.

Outside the complex

Limited accessibility
What "limited accessibility" means: the entrance to the building is difficult or not adapted for wheelchair users. If you use a wheelchair, contact the restaurant before you go. Our tip: for a quick bite between sessions, stay inside the complex, where everything is accessible.

Communication access

We want everyone at ATAAC to be able to take part in the conversation, including people who use AAC. The International Society for Augmentative and Alternative Communication (ISAAC) publishes free communication access resources, developed by the North American Alliance for Communication Access (NAACA), that help make conference sessions easier to follow and join.
