Aldona has been working as a Speech and Language Therapist specialized in AAC for about 25 years, for the last 13 years involved in early AAC intervention. She is an active member of ISAAC (International Society for Augmentative and Alternative Communication); a member of ISAAC Executive Board in years 2014-2018. Currently, she is the president of the Polish ISAAC chapter.
